MAR4400 Mirror and Video digital controller

MAR4400 Mirror and Video digital controller

The MAR44000 is a digital controller for both the MAR1200 MEMS scanning mirrors family and video, based on a single FPGA chip. MAR4400 is a general proposed controller for miniature laser-based displays and designed to reduce power consumption, cost and size.

All these together enable a laser-based projection that produces a sharp, high-quality image and precisely adapted to the needs of the AR/VR market.

KEY FEATURES AND BENEFITS

  • A full LBS system electronics design

  • Both MAR1200 MEMS scanning mirrors family and video controller on a single FPGA chip

  • Reduced overall system power consumption including laser power saving mode

  • Reduced LBS design size and BOM

  • MIPI video protocol

  • API interface via USB-C connection

  • Laser safety built in interlocks
